      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, &amp;nbsp;I'm informed that the nearest mast to postcode BA22 my home, is not working as it should. &amp;nbsp;This has been like this for sometime, resulting in hardly any phone or data connections.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When will it be fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are all customers here as this is a customer lead forum so we can't say&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;O2 never issue such information as repairs of masts can be held up for many reasons.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With regards to phone reception at home you should be able to use WiFi Calling&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
