      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been and apple and o2 customer for 10 years+. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I was on business contract and bought a cellular iwatch 6 months ago. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;data would not connect. &amp;nbsp;I spent endless hours/days talking to o2 support and even spent 3 hours in o2 shop. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;dofferent stories from everyone as to why it wouldn’t connect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I followed their advice including:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;set up new consumer account (at my own expense - work was paying for business account)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;changed to e sim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;waited for month for account to settle&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;rest phone and watch endless times&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;etc etc etc&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they finally told me it was because I had not had a consumer account before so credit was not good. I frontloaded £100 credit - still no connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;they said wait 6 months and all will be fine. &amp;nbsp;6 months now passed and still no connection. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;a total shambles and watch is next to useless&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
