      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just arrived in Greece and my roaming is not working. Have contacted customer service, they are saying they cant see any issue their end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried reseting etc. For the aps change, if the username/password for mobile.o2.co.uk is vertigo/password then ive tried this as well and no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Marina&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5041641"&gt;@marina777&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some things to try:&lt;BR /&gt;Manually search for another network&lt;BR /&gt;Reboot the phone&lt;BR /&gt;Turn off 4g in network settings&lt;BR /&gt;If you have an iPhone change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"&lt;BR /&gt;If still not working then contact O2 to remove the Roaming bar on your account.&lt;BR /&gt;If you message O2 on Facebook ( &lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CFB" target="_blank"&gt;https://o2uk.co/O2CFB&lt;/A&gt;) , Twitter ( &lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CTW" target="_blank"&gt;https://o2uk.co/O2CTW&lt;/A&gt;) or Instagram ( &lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CIG" target="_blank"&gt;https://o2uk.co/O2CIG&lt;/A&gt;) , they should be able to help you with this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;for some odd reason everytime i reset my data apn goes back to my vodafone.co.uk one, which was my previous network provider&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I can see the credentials for the idata one so will use these.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yep, ive done that. Still getting that vodafone.co.uk data aps and when i switch to mobile.o2.co.uk i still get very limited data&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had this happen on my iPhone 2 weeks ago, in France. I had to call O2 customer services to sort it out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The solution was with the APN and I think these are the settings that worked for me, on a contract / pay monthly acc.that migrated to O2 from Virgin. (I now have a new phone anyway, after a pool accident with my old phone, and don't know how to double-check the new phone settings without spending too much time. Also, I haven't used the new phone abroad yet so not sure they'd confirm anything anyway.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;APN -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;idata.o2.co.uk&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Username -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;vertigo&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Password -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;password&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope that works. It's a super-frustrating problem when it occurs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
