Sometimes, tearing down the WiFi setup on your phone, rebooting and making sure no updates are pending, and then re-establishing your WiFi connection and WiFi calling can help improve the situation, if you have the time and the knowhow. Also make sure your phone is not picking up a stronger signal from another WiFi router in your vicinity.
