I was a member of O2 for years and eventually left because they didn’t do WiFi texting. When they eventually, brought it in, I came back. However, since then I cannot receive calls from any Three Network phone (my wife’s, mother etc), I can call them but not the other way round. Calls from all other networks work perfectly. I believe it is a partial porting problem and the porting process needs to be repeated but O2 just don’t seem to be able to do it. I have had probably a dozen promises, been into the shop 3 times, changed my sim, reset my phone all to no avail. O2 have alway promised to call me back with a soloist ion or update but so far always failed. Does anyone have any suggestions other than to leave O2 for another network so that it hopefully gets ported properly this time.
