how am i able to connect my o2 personal hotspot from my phone to other devices?

when i was on other providers i was able to connect my personal hotspot with no hassle but since being on o2 i’ve had so many problems and sometimes i rely on my data to connect to other devices and i can’t even do that.

is there anyway i could resolve this? thanks.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
