Just got esim today

very strange set up, ive used them before and they normally are very instant.

Today i can send and receive texts and receive calls

When i try to make a call its cuts out and bleeps

called o2 about 5 times today getting nowhere, they say wait it out its still connecting, Why is all the esims ive had has this never happened before. surely if im getting 5g internet working great, texts work both ways and calls can come in there must be a fault somewhere.

should i delete esim and try to install it again????
