      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my pay as you go phone, if I call one particular number, it’s going to the voicemail after one ring. WhatsApp calls are also getting disconnected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it doesn’t happen if I call other numbers and the other numbers receives calls from other numbers without any issues&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check settings on the phone you are calling to see if your number has been set to divert to VM in the address book. Get the phone owner to delete your number completely from the phone, and then re-add to phone book after you call them the first time. Can't think of much else...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
