Have you got Wifi calling on your phone?       <description>&lt;P&gt;I do have Wi-Fi calls which is fine in the house, but if I go to the local shop I have no signal at all which is a pain if I’m needing my emails to send a parcel back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Then follow the advice by &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/132456"&gt;@Cleoriff&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the signal is that bad for the last 8 months a change of network may be the only answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't jump straight in. Either try PAYG SIMs from different networks or find out from neighbours what they use and what they experience&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
