    <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I have an Apple Watch 7 cellular and trying to set up cellular data plan on the watch with no joy. When I try to set it up I get this message&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Oops, something went wrong. Try again and if the problem continues call 202 for free from your O2 mobile, quoting reference code 10&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I’ve been phoning O2 now for 2 weeks to try to get it sorted. But when I phone and go through security checks I then explain what’s happening all I get is I’ll transfer you to someone who can help. I then have to go through security checks again and then be told the same thing. So I get transferred again. This happens until I get cut off. Until I was told to go to a O2 shop and they will sort it. I’ve been to two O2 shops and they say I’ve to phone O2 customer service &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Can anyone sort this problem out please&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
