      <title>Cancelling phone line from abroad</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So i moved to australia. Paying for my UK number untill I was sure I wanted to stay. Now 7 months in I'm staying I need to end my dealings with o2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now what? So I cannot log into the app when I put my UK sim in it says unavailable. Theres an international number you can call, I called it it doesnt connect. Website tried to direct me to the app to chat but guess what, cant log into the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So i try logging into the website to jump through all the hoops like a circus animal to cancel but no options found for that. Cant dial 202 from my phone as it doesn't recognise the number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So what are you supposed to do in this position? I owe last month and this mo ths balance because the payment didnt go through and now they're sending letters to my parents house back home wanting late payment fees.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm almost at the point where I no longer care.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would be so much easier if they hadn't removed email support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
