    <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot receive calls or texts from anyone using Vodafone. When they try to call it just disconnects the call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve tried turning the phone off and on, cleaning the sim, resetting the settings, using a different phone and nothing resolves the issue. I’ve been told it’s a routing issue, but no one has addressed it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve contacted O2 support several times and keep getting told to try the same useless things and that someone from the tech team will look into it and get back to me in 48hrs, and no one ever follows up. So I call back and have to start the whole process over again with no results.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m losing business because of this issue and will be terminating my contract if this is not resolved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
