      <title>Unable to receive OTPs</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have read posts about this before but have yet to find a solution. Since moving from EE to O2 and porting my number I am unable to receive One Time Passcodes e.g from bank etc. As you can imagine this is very frustrating. I rang O2 support today. We reset the network but that did not work - now awaiting some kind of update but nothing received at present. Checked the message settings and nothing is blocked. Any ideas?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you seen their messages and replied? Has there been any contact since?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It might be that they are working on things in the background and you need to give them a couple of days to try and get changes pushed through.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
