    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have a problem since porting networks from EE to o2 I am not able to receive one time passcodes - I have been told I needed a network refresh and that the account was setup to use android&amp;nbsp;instead of iPhone. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I previously ported from Three to EE and had the same issue that needed to be escalated to tech as the OTP functionality had not been ported over correctly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have checked the number in Settings &amp;gt; Phone and rebooted a number of times. I am currently unable to access banking apps because of the one time passcode not being received.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Where the name is show as e.g. 118 Money. Normal sms from mobiles are fine, and o2 texts seem to work ok. I've called and been advised a network refresh "should" help, I just feel fobbed off.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
