    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been struggling with slow data speeds in the area where I live and have reported it on numerous occasions with no success. When I carry out a network checker for my area I receive a notification that the 'nearby mast isn't working as it should, sorry.&amp;nbsp; Our engineers are likely to be working on the case already......' . This message has been present for the last three weeks. How can I obtain a more detailed update for this issue. Thanks very much.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It's dependant on who owns the land the mast is on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The best you can do is download the Mt Network app where you can get updates and report issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network" target="_self"&gt;https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could contact O2 and ask for some compensation. You may be lucky with that,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best of luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
