Every incoming call is showing no caller I’d

I have a new sim (same number). Now activated and all seems good except that all calls I receive are 'caller unknown' even when numbers are in my contacts. What do I need to change? Thanks

You need someone to access your account.

You can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

If that doesn't work then I'll tag one of our account advisors @O2Sarah- who will be on Tuesday morning at 8am.

Hey I’ve been on the phone to 02 most of the day and they just keep telling me there is no issue on their end to try another sim been passed around by 02 customers service all day. And still no feather forward

Still no feather forward hve had enough and keep me told it’s nothing on the 02 end it’s my phone r my sim

I doubt it will be sorted tomorrow.

As I said earlier, this seems to be a common issue so I guess all that our account advisors can do is escalate it to tech support.

Hi, also having this issue with all calls showing as no caller ID. Have phoned customer services 3 times, had a replacement SIM and was told it’s a phone issue even though other SIMS work fine, and I have the same issue with my SIM in another device. Hoping I can get some help with this too please! Thanks.

I’m also got this problem for almost a week done everything asked to even resetting my whole phone. Not only all call showing as no caller ID it also now means that all my blocked contacts can now call me and they’re obviously blocked for a reason leaving me very anxious when answering my phone. Been passed back and forth with o2 saying it’s not a problem their end as it obviously is as same problem when I put my sim in another phone and my sons sim works fine in my phone without this problem! Something really needs sorting.
