      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why is there such a poor signal with 02 presently??? I used to have a great signal with you wherever I went but I am now thinking about moving to another provider. You do not notify anyone when there is an issue and there obviously is, are you going to reimburse people for not being able to use their phones!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
