      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have checked the network signal on My02 and it is showing that the signal is strong in my area but my phone only has 1 bar of signal and am unable to recieve phone calls due to lack of network signal&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
