      <description>I am in France but my mobile data isn’t working even though it is switched on. Any ideas how to get it to work? It usually works in other EU countries.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4284015"&gt;@AdamBS&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have an iPhone, try changing the data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also try a manual network selection and try different networks on any phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have been outside of the UK for more than 63 days you may also have restrictions on your account due to O2's fair use policy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have changed the APN like you said and it now works. Any ideas why idata which is what APN was set as before, didn’t work? Thanks for your help.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4284015"&gt;@AdamBS&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's because you don't have iData enabled on your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to call O2 to have it enabled when you get back home, then you can revert your apn to iData.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will need the idata bolt on for things such as visual voicemail&lt;/P&gt;</description>
