    <description>&lt;P&gt;When I signed up to 02 (5 days ago) I requested to keep my number, however the number hasnt changed yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also I have requested again today and it says "something went wrong"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can you support this request&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am in a similar situation. I ported my number from Lebara UK and its half ported. I can send messages and make calls but cannot receive calls or SMS. Complete mess, I heard there is a porting team that deals with issues like these.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
