    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like the SIM is not locking onto the o2 network&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4887535"&gt;@Kali-XRP&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would visit your local o2 store and ask them to do a SIM swap for you to see if that works.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Constantly have 0 signal!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since I started my contract several months ago i constantly have 0 signal (it says not registered on network) i have made contact multiple times and each time im told there is a mass in my area down, this is lies as i can travel 5mile and still have 0 signal, how do i leave O2 due to this issue as im paying for services i cant use??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4887535"&gt;@Kali-XRP&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you have an upgrade or new contract?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you upgraded you would needed to have activated the new sim by doing a sim swap from your old one &lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update" id="Guide012"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other possibility is a shipping bar on the phone which O2 have to remove.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check both of these first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
