Cannot receive calls from other network

Hi.

Suddenly unable to receive voice calls from other service providers. Can receive texts but not voice calls. Callers advise that my phone goes straight to VM and the messages they leave are not registering or coming through.

No blocks / diverts in operation. Have cleaned SIM and rebooted. Calls from O2 are. Ring received as normal.

Any suggestions?

You could try a new sim. Pop into any O2 store with ID and they will change things over for you,

Many thanks. Yes, have ordered a new one to see if that solves the problem. Will try existing SIM in different handset tomorrow to eliminate the phone as a potential (although unlikely) cause. Very frustrating.

New SIM installed and working. Same

problem. Certain numbers cannot get through and all are numbers that have previously been able to make contact and not limited to one provider. Seriously considering binning O2 now.
