      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was in the middle of a very important call when all of a sudden my phone call was cut off and I received a text message that said 4G calls have been turned off - O2 has turned off 4G calls from your account. I have unlimited calls, unlimited texts, and 100Gb Data every month, and my account is paid up-to-date. Why has this happened. What can you do to make this up to me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone regularly displays 4G calls turned off. I just think O2 is not up to the job of providing adequate 4G coverage. Oh, and their so called help lines are mis-named!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And the Helpline have always helped me....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
