    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same problem! I can log onto My O2 to download my bill but when I then try to download my wifes bill I get the same network error message. As you say, no human being to talk to. Its frustrating!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(%s)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I keep getting this message when trying to download bills for accounts. &amp;nbsp;Tried calling the o2 awful telephone number and just got cut off. &amp;nbsp;No live chat available. &amp;nbsp;its been this way for over a year now, ridiculous! Sometimes you just need to speak to a human&lt;/P&gt;</description>
