That shouldn't be a problem for contacting O2 as they are open until 9pm during the week. Saturday they work from 8-8pm and Sunday 8am -6pm.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm probably quite stupid. Let's start there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But am I the only one that spends far too long trying to find the tab that opens a text-based tech support conversation?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just go round in circles until I stumble upon it!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All I want is a contract sim and 02 don't want to send one out to me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
