      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've recently cancelled my current o2 contract, as I now have a new o2 sim as part of my broadband deal with Virgin. I'd like to use my old number with my new sim - how do I do that? I no longer have the old sim or device&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you no longer have the old sim there could be a problem &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4831387"&gt;@MattC2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should have done a sim swap before you got rid of it (If you were with O2 previously)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your best bet is to contact O2 and ask if they can migrate your old number to your new account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;If you call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CFB" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Facebook&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;(&lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CFB" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://o2uk.co/O2CFB)&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CTW" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Twitter&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;( &lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CTW" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://o2uk.co/O2CTW&lt;/A&gt;)&amp;nbsp;or&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CIG" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Instagram&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;(&lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CIG" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;, they should be able to help you, hopefully.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
