      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi im having a problem with my phone. Keeps telling me to insert a sim. I had the sim replaced but its still doing it. The sim works fine in another phone. Can anyone help.&amp;nbsp; I am on chat with o2 but they are never answering&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
