Lost phone so sim blocked but phone now returned

Hi. I lost my phone yesterday and reported it lost so the phone and sim were blocked. Someone kindly returned the phone so I rang and asked for it to be unlocked.

I have had emails saying I will get a new sim but not received one yet

Phone showing emergency calls only

Will I have to wait for a new sim?

Cant ring for help as emergency calls only

Yes you will need to wait for the new sim card.

Also if you made an insurance claim, which has been accepted for the phone, the phone no longer belongs to you and you need to contact the insurance company..
