    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi daughter is currently in Italy . Data won’t work &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grimacing_face:"&gt;😬&lt;/span&gt; she’s re set network info as o2 advised but still nothing . Has got info that says no service ?! Is this possible ?? There must be coverage in Italy ?!? &amp;nbsp;Many thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3164907"&gt;@Kjvn&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some things to try&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Manually search for another network&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Reboot the phone&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you have an iPhone change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If still not working then contact O2 to remove the Roaming bar on your account&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;.
