If it works then it's a phone issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, we’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here.       <title>Unable to send messages or make calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been unable to send messages or make calls I have tried a replacement simwhich made no difference. Network not registered. This has been 3 days technical support not called back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
