Can’t make phone calls after setting up Apple Watch

I recently purchased a new Apple Watch via O2 and now can’t make calls from either my phone or my watch. I can receive calls but the numbers from my contacts are coming up as unknown. Any ideas on how this can be fixed?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. Use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

@Paddyh3 I am having the same Issue ! Of to the o2 Shop in the morning, Sure I have read someone on here mention they had there 5G Bolt on Disabled today and solved all the Issues !

I’m still having the issue this morning. It’s becoming a nightmare not knowing who’s call you’ve missed and not being able to call anyone. Only happened since having the Apple Watch added to my plan.

Hey,

I had the same issue, I spoke to someone at 02 this morning and they told me to turn off take out sim and re insert, and it actually worked for me I can now make calls and receive under the correct names! Hope that helps!
