Slow Internet in the Bolton area

Hi O2, can you advise when the Internet issue will be fixed in the Bolton area.

Website been saying the below since I join O2 in Nov 2021.

"Our Network can get busy in this area.

This means your data could be slower than normal. We’re sorry about that. Our team is aware and working to make it better. Our top tips for staying connected would be to find local Wifi hotspots and download whatever content you need whilst connected to Wifi, so you can still enjoy it on the move."

Cant really connect to a hotspot if there isn't one in the area and unable to use WiFi, reason why I "try" and use 4g.
