Not getting text messages

My s20 fe has suddenly stopped receiving text messages from people i text with the most.( can receive O2 test txt) .Have contacted and been instore serveral times but nothing has worked just get told the phone itself is fine . I have swapped to a new sim told to wait a minimum of 24hrs then 48hrs for it to work when i called tech suport , the account is fine. Cache has been cleared and message center has been reset. Can anyone help with this please.

Have a look at this guide

Change the messaging app back to the Samsung /Google App as well.

Have you done a full factory reset on the device, making sure you have backed all the data, before resetting the phone.

It might also be worth speaking to Samsung direct.
