I am having issues with receiving some text messages..... the OTP are not coming through and Text message from certain people are not coming through.

I have had other people text me and they come through.

I have done everything suggested, ie turn off phone, clear cache, manually select network etc., cleared all blocked numbers...

Wondering why this happening from certain phones.

The other weird issue is that when I log onto 02 to ask for a code for a query the OTP all come through at once that have stored up, so it makes me think it is something at 02 end ?

can anyone explain or have they experience this before and what else can I do please ?

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks
