    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't make or receive calls. &amp;nbsp;I pay monthly, my bill is up to date, tried turning it on and off to refresh it but still no joy. &amp;nbsp;Tried calling the 0344 number on the 02 website and its saying this number is unavailable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone know what's going on? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS tried live chat and it cut off on me and don't ask me to talk to Aura - useless&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help much appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does your mobile data still work&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4798616"&gt;@mbl19700&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;?&lt;BR /&gt;Does the phone say emergency calls only, or unable to connect to network?&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried to do a sim swap recently?&lt;BR /&gt;Best thing to do is find a working sim and try that in your phone, and try your sim in another phone - this will show if the phone or the sim is the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;If it is the sim, either pop to your local o2 or contact customer services on social media to request a replacement.&lt;/P&gt;
