International calls getting disconnected

Whenever I get a call from a international number it disconnects/drops the calls between 45-55 seconds, I have reset my phone several times, the person calling me has been in touch with their service provider and all is ok, and he can call another Uk number and it doesn’t drop the call, can anyone offer me any advice to fix the issue please

If this is always happening to you in the same location it could be a signal issue or network fault.

No it happens in different locations

Normally I'd suggest you report it to customer services but it's not going to be treated as priority right now.

It points to a sim or a phone fault.
