      <description>&lt;P&gt;I keep getting transferred to payment line when I try to make an outgoing call. There are no barrs on my account. Ive phoned 02 numerous times. I’ve upgraded my phone and sim. This has been like this for over two weeks and it’s frustrating&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
