      <description>If you are using your old sim in the new phone it should all be fine.&lt;BR /&gt;The problem is complicated with the country-wide network outage though @Sophe912.&lt;BR /&gt;Once that clears up it should work, but we have no idea when that will be.&lt;BR /&gt;Did you do a sim swap? Those are taking longer than normal - sometimes a couple of days, but maybe a week or more....</description>
