      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried to call o2 customer service number and i'm keep getting info that they are closed today.... despite that the posts are saying they are open from 09:00. I'm abroad and can't use my phone - been trying to resolve this since 20/12/2021 !!!!!!! o2 was unable to provide resolution before xmas and now i can't get through&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4736802"&gt;@Sajmon339&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can't use your phone, there's a few things to try...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Manually search for another network&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Reboot the phone&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you have an iPhone change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If still not working then contact O2 to remove the &lt;STRONG&gt;Roaming bar&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your account&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;.       <description>&lt;P&gt;nope-got answer from o2 via messanger but they are still just collecting informations. Takes them 30-60 min to read and reply to a message. Terrible tbh - never had issues like that with other providers&lt;/P&gt;</description>
