Correlation Id needed for fraudulent googleplay charges

I had my iphone stolen and there are a number of googleplay charges which were not done by me. I need a correlation id to write to google play. It is so frustrating. Anyone able to help? TiA

Thank you, 02 say they have never heard of a correlation ID? I dont know what to do and I dont have a number for google play that works

Thanks, Yes I did. I am trying to contact googleplay but it seems impossible.

You need to log onto your Google payments account and view your purchases. The codes should be along with your purchases.

Once you are verified, change your password and remove the iPhone from the account.

Correlation ID is the same as a transaction receipt. Check your googlemail emails for your email receipt and the ID should be in that email. This is what o2 told me, however u unfortunately the same has happened to me and I didn't receive some of these emails......impossible to get through to Google

Hi, as mentioned I have gone this route for a refund but require my correlation ID. These were never sent to me from Google Google my email. I have requested via help and heard nothing back or had conformation of my enquiry

The only people who can help are Google I am afraid, o2 can't get this information.

Go to https://play.google.com/store/account/history

And the click on the app that was purchased and click refund, when I then select the option, it just asks for description.

Also click here https://pay.google.com/payments/u/0/unauthorizedtransactions#

Not once did it ask me for a correlation ID
