Hi.
I’m having problems with me refurbished iPhone XR. When phoning or receiving a phone call I cannot hear anything. If the phone is on loud speaker or through the car then the sound is fine. I can play music and watch videos etc on phone with no sound issue. Hoping someone can help. Thank you

If still under warranty, contact O2 to repair it.
