Hi. WiFi calling has completely disappeared from my phone. I've turned it off and on tons of times. I've turned off the phone, removed the sim, turned it back on again and reinserted the sim and wifi calling still doesn't appear in connections in settings. I've called o2 twice. I've had online chat with a "guru" and it still doesn't work. And now I can't even receive or make any calls over the mobile network let alone WiFi calling. Basically, I can't use the phone as a phone. Its a Samsung Galaxy S21+. I've been with o2 for years and have 3 phones on the account. Very disappointed and now a touch angry. Can anyone help??
