Wifi Calling One Plusd 7 pro dual sim, works with EE not o2

I have enabled WiFi calling on my o2 account. I have a Oneplus 7 pro phone with dual sim. Wifi calling option on the ee sim is available and works. I dont get the option come up for o2. I have checked my account and it is enabled. I've swapped the sims around and the wifi calling follow the sim. Any ideas?

More information. I have an area I goto that gets EE 4g but no O2 signal at all, not even 2G voice calls and texts. I have my phone set to use o2 for voice and texts and ee for data. When I change this to o2 the wifi calling and volte option appears and I assume works. I little confused by that. I guess that's all I can do.
