    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm a recent Virgin Media and long time O2 customer. I've seen the adverts for Volt upgrades but when I go to request them I'm in a loop between O2 and Virgin sites.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both accounts are in my name and same address, anyone know how to fix this to allow for the upgrades?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
