Porting number from old phone hasnt worked

Hi.
I upgraded my phone last week and switched from EE to O2.
I sent my PAC code to O2 and notified my phone number would be ported to my new phone on the 30th.

Currently my old phone has stopped receiving calls to my old phone number, but i still have the incorrect number on my new phone.

I am unable to call O2 customer services due to the Covid lockdown.

Any help to resolve this quickly would be appreciated

I've been trying rebooting every hour or so since yesterday morning without success unfortunately

@Matsuura77 What phone do you have? Is the number only incorrect on the phone itself? When you call people, is the call from your old number? Can you try to manually change the number in your settings?

I have a galaxy s10.
Ive phoned another mobile with my new phone and it shows as the incorrect phone number.

The global pandemic means that o2 are operating with a reduced staff, and an increased workload.
Unfortunately there seems to be a delay in numbers switching from another operator or even internally.
If your old sim has lost service then the new one will eventually catch up...

@Matsuura77 I am in agreement with @gmarkj Your only other option would be to try to call customer service, which will put you on hold for a very long time, unless you try tomorrow first thing at 8 am. You may have a better chance getting through then.

Well..its been another week.
No change, my phone still doesnt use the correct number.
O2 live chat doesnt work, no number to call them and theres no response to FB messages..
