Huawei pocket hotspot - red internet light

I bought my pocket hotspot in April this year. There has always been red lights on the internet bar & I have never been able to connect to the pocket hotspot, no matter where I am (even @ home) It has been reset many times with the reset button. I have changed all settings on my phone (never mind other devices - e.g kindle) & my phone will show, connected to Huawei with no internet.

I bought it to use in the caravan & pay £16 per month for a device I can't use. I have been on o2, google, Huawei al life apps and still the red lights display on the device. Help. What am I doing wrong?

You need to set the correct apn in the dongle settings.
