    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought my pocket hotspot in April this year. There has always been red lights on the internet bar &amp;amp; I have never been able to connect to the pocket hotspot, no matter where I am (even @ home) It has been reset many times with the reset button. I have changed all settings on my phone (never mind other devices - e.g kindle) &amp;amp; my phone will show, connected to Huawei with no internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought it to use in the caravan &amp;amp; pay £16 per month for a device I can't use.&amp;nbsp; I have been on o2, google, Huawei al life apps and still the red lights display on the device. Help. What am I doing wrong?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
