Connected to WiFi, no Internet!

This is the 2nd time this has happened to my phone (Huwaei P20 Pro). It will be connected to the Internet but states no Internet access. I have tried every possible fix on Google (reboot settings, clear networks etc) and it still will not connect to the Internet. So frustrating and I am beginning to think this is a phone issue as no other mobile is affected in my household......

I’m having the same problem (as are many others according to this forum). Incredibly annoying. Has yours resumed yet? Not happy paying for something we aren’t getting!

Sounds like your phone isn't picking up the default gateway provided by your WiFi Network .

This sounds like a software issue on the phone. I would have a look on Huawei's community pages or contact Huawei Support in the first instance.
