      <title>Signal keeps dropping out</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just received my new O2 mobile SIM and installed it in my Netgear Nighthawk M1 with Poynting Puck antennae.&amp;nbsp; The O2 signal varies between 0 and 2 bars with occasional 4G&amp;nbsp; and H or H+, but mostly nothing.&amp;nbsp; At best I'm getting 2.8mbps download speed, but mostly 0 and the Nighthawk keeps dropping out and flashing orange.&amp;nbsp; My iphone has a Vodafone SIM and I went with O2 for my mobile modem because the signal is supposed to be better here (GL12 7RW).&amp;nbsp; How can I get a better signal?&amp;nbsp; If not, then how do I get&amp;nbsp; a refund as the signal is terrible &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alan Johnston&lt;/P&gt;</description>
