    <description>&lt;P&gt;i am at my witts end and i really do need some help in regards to my order. I upgraded my phone on the 2nd of September for a click in collect now in store - i went to store the next day and was told they had no record of my order. Now i have called every day since and was promised on Monday a manager call back within 24 hours and now is Thursday and i have had no correspondence at all. the customer service is terrible no one is listening to me and i keep getting told my order is stuck and they don't know why. Please can someone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
