Is there an update on the rollout of LTE-M across the UK?

Also, does anyone know if I import a Garmin 945 LTE from Germany to the UK if the live tracking functions will work in the UK?

LTE-M is only available to Enterprise customers and only on IOT specific services

You need to ask Garmin about the 945 LTE as they will be able to tell you, but bare in mind Garmin will treat it as a grey import.
